The mission of Wholly Revived is to empower you to use food as medicine so that you can heal from the inside out.
As a Health Coach & Natural Health Consultant, I understand the healing power of REAL FOOD and LIFESTYLE changes can bring. Our food sustains our entire body at a cellular level. If our food is unhealthy, it’s no wonder we become that way when we eat. I truly believe that many people suffer because of a broken healthcare system that places too much emphasis on the symptoms instead of the root cause of illness.
My wake up call came when my body failed and I couldn’t figure out what was happening to my body. I was sick, had no energy, and I thought I was eating healthy but I wasn’t. I believe that it is possible to eat amazing, delicious, healthy and wholesome foods without breaking the bank. All of the recipes that you find on Wholly Revived are 100% Paleo because that is what my body likes. Every recipe that you find here is made with healthy, wholesome ingredients without losing any of the flavors. My goal is to share tried and true Paleo recipes you can serve to anyone, regardless if they eat the Paleo way or not.
In addition to REVIVING our body through food, my greatest passion is to also offer practical knowledge and wisdom on how we can take care of our bodies in a holistic way. Physical health is important so that we can function and live life to the fullest. Being physically active, eating well, and getting enough sleep are some of the more important things we ought to do to care for our bodies.
