I was hoping to share a little more on my Whole30 Challenge and how I’ve been doing on the challenge. But, unfortunately I’ve been dealing with a sinus infection for the past 2 weeks and I just didn’t feel well enough to write a post on my progress.
So how have I been doing on the Whole30 Challenge? I am happy to report that my Whole30 ended yesterday, and today I start on full Paleo. I must admit though that around the time my sinus infection started, I had a major craving for bread. I think it was because I was looking for some kind of comfort food (yes I find bread comforting) to help me feel better. But I overcame the craving and did not touch any bread. But otherwise I do not miss bread!
I have enjoyed the Whole30 challenge and I am looking forward to seeing how the Paleo lifestyle will benefit me.
One of my struggles on the Whole30 was what I was going to eat for breakfast each morning. I was afraid that if I would eat the same thing each morning I would grow tired of it. Which is why I put together a round up of some great Whole30/Paleo breakfast ideas from some of my favorite bloggers. Plus I am also sharing a Whole30 approved breakfast recipe.

About my Berry Banana Nut Breakfast Porridge
I thought that I would struggle with giving up Oatmeal and Cereal for breakfast, but then I discovered N’oatmeal and I haven’t missed oatmeal one bit!
N’oatmeal is so quick and easy to make. You can easily whip up the mix in less than 5 minutes and then store it in the fridge for whenever you need it. Plus you can use any fruit you wish for the porridge.
